Personal Trainers
Jordan Barnes
While studying Health and Fitness at Nebraska Wesleyan University, Jordan played football for the Prairie Wolves, where he developed his deep passion for training and exercise that drives him now. While Jordan thought he was in great shape then, lifting weights and eating everything he could get his hands on, it wasn’t until he was turned onto Crossfit and the Paleo lifestyle that he realized how much food affected human health, not only by the amount consumed, but more importantly the quality and substance of that food. Exercise, by means of power, strength, and metabolic conditioning, is important, but overall fitness necessitates that a greater amount of attention be paid to nutrition, as it is one of the most significant ways we affect our bodies. Healthy lifestyles are the primary goal for Jordan and his clients around Lincoln, NE.

Lallenia Birge
I have been a personal trainer now for 8 years. I absolutely LOVE helping people change their lives to become healthier, stronger and more confident through physical work and the kind of food they consume. I did not have an ideal life growing up by any means, I was abused in many ways, struggled with an eating disorder at a young age and lived entirely on my own by age 16. To be honest what saved me from not turning out the way many thought i should have was the fact I started to exercise and eat right. I learned how to take care of myself since no one else was going to help me. I wanted a different life than what I was supposed to have. By different I mean a healthy life where I was happy, strong and confident in my abilities. Believe it or not I have finally realized that even with working out a lot the piece that finally completed my puzzle was eating a diet that not only supports my body better but also our environment. Now that I have my own family I realize how big of a deal it is to raise a strong healthy family through the way we live and what we eat. It is my passion and goal in life to help teach this to as many people as I can what i have learned. I know if I can overcome my obstacles than so can others if they make the right choices and work with the right people.
